Kana Hotel Group is seeking a Housekeeping team member in Mobile, AL to maintain clean, comfortable rooms and assist guests with requests. You will load carts, strip and reset rooms, clean rooms thoroughly, and report maintenance or safety issues.

Competenze

• Previous housekeeping experience required
• Attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Mansioni

• Loading housekeeping carts with all necessary supplies
• Turns off electricity (heating or cooling to fan or cool)
• Strips beds in checked-out rooms and drops dirty linens to the laundry
• Turns off all lights, strips beds, and drops dirty linens to the laundry on new checked-out rooms
• Cleans the cart and ensures bottles are correctly labeled
• Works in a fast-paced environment to clean rooms within 25 minutes
• Obtains executive housekeeper’s signature on the work assignment sheet
• Vacuums and sweeps carpets and floors
• Dusts and cleans room decorations, appliances, and surfaces
• Cleans showers, tubs, sinks, and bathroom items; removes used guest amenities
• Inspects rooms for safety hazards and equipment condition; checks for damaged linens
• Reports lost & found articles, maintenance problems, or special room issues
• Prepares rooms for guest arrivals and handles special guest requests
• Maintains cleanliness of storage rooms and stocks cart
• Removes linens from housekeeping cart and sends to laundry
• Records room status on work assignment sheets
• Performs other duties as assigned
