Kana Hotel Group is seeking a diligent Housekeeping professional to maintain clean and comfortable guest rooms in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will be responsible for cleaning, stocking, and preparing rooms to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with guest requests.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Loading housekeeping carts with supplies.
• Turn off electricity when rooms are prepared.
• Strip beds and drop dirty linens to laundry.
• Drop off linens to laundry and prepare for new guests.
• Vacuums and cleans carpets and floors.
• Dust and clean room surfaces and fixtures.
• Clean showers, sinks, and bathrooms, replace used amenities.
• Inspect rooms for safety hazards and equipment condition.
• Report issues to supervisor and assist guests as needed.
• Prepare rooms for guest arrivals and respond to special requests.
• Maintain storage areas and stock carts.
