This hourly position requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long shifts, and communicate effectively with guests and team members. The role is based at Residence Inn Oklahoma City with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift and communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and restock supplies for housekeeping cart.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean, neat, and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cart for the next day’s use.
• Replenish chemical bottles as needed.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
