Responsibilities

• Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation: Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards; make beds, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces; clean bathrooms and replace linens and toiletries.
• Restocking & Maintenance Support: Restock minibar items and in-room supplies; empty trash; report maintenance issues.
• Guest Service & Interaction: Respond to guest requests; maintain privacy and provide courteous service.
• Public Area & Equipment Cleaning: Clean hallways and service areas; maintain cleanliness of equipment and supply spaces; follow chemical handling procedures.
• Safety, Compliance & Standards: Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards; respect guest privacy; comply with policies.
