Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant in Las Vegas to maintain clean, inviting guestrooms and provide attentive, courteous service to all guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms to standards, restocking carts, reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout shifts. A high school diploma or related experience is preferred, with physical stamina and strong communication required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for Lost and Found according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
