SpringHill Suites Raleigh/Cary in Cary, NC is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to maintain guest rooms in line with Westin brand standards. You will contribute to a clean, welcoming environment that supports memorable stays.

You will service rooms, replace linens, and ensure a pristine space while upholding safety and quality; teamwork and flexible scheduling are valued to support peak times and guest needs.

Formación

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and sanitation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, towels, and replenish amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, sanitize, and clean bathrooms and rooms.
• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly.
• Maintain carts, equipment, and supply areas neatly.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
