SpringHill Suites Raleigh/Cary is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to ensure guest rooms meet Westin brand standards and CMC Hotels quality. You will contribute to a welcoming, clean environment that enhances guest satisfaction and reflects our commitment to exceptional service.

We seek motivated individuals who take pride in detail, communicate well with guests and teammates, and are available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sharp eye for cleanliness and accuracy in guest rooms.
• Strong customer service and effective communication.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently as needed.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms per Westin and CMC Hotels standards.
• Make beds, replenish linens and amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, sanitize and thoroughly clean bathrooms and rooms.
• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain carts and storage areas neatly and safely.
• Follow safety, sanitation and infection prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
