The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport, part of CMC Hotels portfolio, seeks a detail‑oriented Housekeeping Attendant to uphold the brand’s cleanliness and guest comfort in Raleigh, NC. You will contribute to a welcoming environment by maintaining guest rooms to high standards.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms, replenishing supplies, and collaborating with hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Prior experience is not required, but a strong work ethic and reliable schedule are essential.

Formación

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and sanitation procedures is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Make beds, replace linens and replenish amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, sanitize, and thoroughly clean all guest room areas including bathrooms.
• Inspect rooms to ensure quality standards are met.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety hazards promptly.
• Respond to guest requests and housekeeping needs courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain carts, equipment, and supply areas in a clean, organized manner.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and other departments to provide a great guest experience.
