Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms to established standards and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

You will greet guests, clean rooms to standards, change linens, dispose of items per policy, and report repairs. A high school diploma and English communication are required or preferred; prior housekeeping experience is welcomed. This on-site role offers competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean rooms to standards within allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, walls and equipment.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process items left by guests according to lost and found policy.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA safety standards and wear protective gear.
• Perform house person and lobby duties when short-staffed or busy.
• Strive to improve department and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
