Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards in a bustling hotel environment. You will greet guests, make beds, refresh amenities, and notify management about repairs while keeping common areas tidy and safe.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training
• Understand and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting and assist as needed
• Clean guest rooms to standards within allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities
• Inspect and polish furniture/fixtures; dust walls and equipment
• Notify managers of repairs or replacements needed in rooms
• Process guest items left in rooms per lost and found policy
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear per MSDS/OSHA
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when needed
• Contribute to higher guest satisfaction scores and overall service quality
• Accept and perform other duties as requested by management
