Job summary

Bellmoor Inn & Spa in Rehoboth Beach, DE is seeking a Room Attendant responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned rooms and public areas and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the guests' experience.

You will communicate with team members, follow departmental policies, respond to guest inquiries, and be available to work weekends and holidays. Prior hotel experience is preferred and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned rooms and public areas.
• Follow departmental policies, service procedures, and standards; proper use of equipment.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with courtesy.
• Be available to work weekend shifts and holidays as required.
• Restock supplies, replace linens, and ensure proper setup of beds and bathrooms.
