Valor Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. You will restock supplies, maintain carts, and report any safety or maintenance issues to the Executive Housekeeper, while ensuring guests enjoy a clean, welcoming environment. • Skills and Abilities: Constantly pushing loaded supply cart from room to room, carrying tote tray with replacement amenities from department to assigned floor, arranging drapery and replacement linen, carrying dirty linen to laundry

Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares guest rooms and public areas by meeting established standards of cleanliness and propriety to assure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues.
• Retrieves items from shelves and storerooms, sets up cleaning cart with supplies, maintain carts and storerooms in a clean and orderly fashion to enhance efficiency.
• Inspects all door and window locks to ensure they are in working order and reports unsafe situations to management.
• Inspects room equipment (TV, lights, faucets, radios, phones) to ensure proper working order and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Maintains friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
