Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Hotel Room Attendant to uphold an exceptional standard of cleanliness across guest rooms and common areas. Responsibilities include linen management, restocking supplies, and maintaining brand standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable time management, and teamwork to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth housekeeping operations. Local on-site teams support a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms: vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize bathrooms and surfaces.
• Maintain brand standards and cleanliness throughout guestrooms.
• Restock linens, towels, amenities, and supplies; stock carts daily.
• Handle lost and found items according to policies.
• Assist with laundry as needed and transport supplies to storage areas.
• Report incidents to supervisors and support overall housekeeping operations.
