Qualifications

• Familiarity with housekeeping tools, cleaning products, and safe handling procedures.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering high quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Team oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Physical ability to meet job demands (lifting, standing, bending, kneeling).
• Basic English comprehension preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms: make beds, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and restock supplies.
• Replenish linens, amenities, and guest essentials.
• Clean assigned public areas (e.g., hallways, lobbies, restrooms, meeting rooms).
• Stock housekeeping cart with approved cleaning products, linens, and guest supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the supervisor promptly.
• Log and turn in lost and found items following hotel policy.
• Follow safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines.
• Attend pre-shift meetings to review assignments and daily updates.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown service as assigned.
• Complete assigned tasks within allotted time per room (Minutes Per Room or MPR).
• Deliver friendly and respectful guest service throughout interactions.
• Adhere to all Resolute Road Hospitality policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned
