Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Ability to move and use carts and equipment; lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to accomplish resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked.
• Utilize equipment and guest amenities safely and correctly.
• Maintain thorough cleanliness of assigned guest areas.
• Daily linen changes and inspections per Green Program.
• Follow safety standards and report hazards.
• Respect guests’ property and exercise care of equipment.
• Report to work on time and maintain accurate time records.
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers.
• Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor.
