Job summary

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards, including beds, linens, towels, and bathrooms.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces and floors using OSHA-compliant chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of guest rooms, hallways, stairwells, and linen closets.
• Stock and manage housekeeping cart with supplies and linen, restocking at end of shift.
• Complete deep cleaning and scheduled projects to uphold cleanliness in rooms and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues and remove unneeded room items; turn in lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver high-quality service.
• Follow safety procedures and hotel policies while cooperating with other departments.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures, and 4 Keys standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
