Responsabilidades

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
• Make beds, change linens, and ensure all room amenities are properly stocked and presented.
• Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and floors, ensuring high sanitation standards.
• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Replenish guest supplies such as towels, toiletries, and in-room items.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and missing items; report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Ensure all rooms are prepared in a timely manner to meet check-in and occupancy demands.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supply rooms.
• Handle guest belongings with care and respect privacy at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping service needs.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
• Attend all required meetings and trainings.
• Assist with additional housekeeping or operational duties as assigned.
• Must possess working knowledge of housekeeping practices, cleaning techniques, and equipment.
• Must have a basic understanding of safety and sanitation regulations.
• CPR certification is preferred; first aid training is a plus.
• Additional language proficiency is preferred.
