Qualifications

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Maintain an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
• Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms following hotel standards.
• Keep a neat and stocked linen cart.
• Report maintenance or safety issues in guest rooms to a supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
