Job summary

Days Inn Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction during their stay. You will clean guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas, make beds, and handle laundry and ironing as part of daily duties.

Successful candidates are organized, reliable team players with strong time management and communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior housekeeping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional housekeeping experience preferred.
• Understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
• Strong work ethic with excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed.
• Clean guest rooms and arrange them to hotel standards before guests arrive.
• Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms, and other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Keep lobby, hallways and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies.
• Respond to general inquiries from guests.
