Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison, WI, is seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Housekeeper to maintain public areas and back‑of‑house spaces to the highest standards.

This full‑time role requires evening and weekend availability; wage is $18.00 per hour. You’ll join a team focused on clean, safe environments for guests and colleagues, with benefits and opportunities to grow within Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• Dependable and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and elevators
• Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, dust surfaces, and polish fixtures
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure recycling procedures are followed
• Restock supplies in public and employee areas as needed
• Maintain and secure cleaning equipment at the end of each shift
• Respond promptly to cleaning or maintenance requests from hotel staff or guests
• Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or security concerns to your supervisor or manager on duty
• Follow all safety, key control, and uniform standards
• Support deep cleaning projects and special overnight assignments as directed

What You’ll Do
