Onni is seeking a House Attendant to maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, elevators, stairwells, and all assigned areas across the property in Seattle. The role emphasizes confidentiality and security of guest rooms, and requires friendly, attentive behavior with guests.

You will support housekeeping by collecting dirty linen, restocking supplies, assisting in laundry, and helping with deep cleaning projects.

Formación

• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic reading skills.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Flexible schedule that may include holidays and weekend and any day of the week.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans and maintains lobbies, guest corridors and assigned areas of the property.
• Collects dirty linen from Room Attendants and delivers to the laundry for cleaning.
• Supplies clean linen to Room Attendants.
• Collects and disposes of trash and recycled materials collected by Room Attendants and throughout the hotel.
• Sweeps and vacuums carpets.
• Polishes furniture and fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness and re-stock all storage rooms with required linen and supplies.
• Assists in laundry room with washing/drying, folding, ironing, and stocking shelves of linen.
• Assists in property/guest room deep clean process and the movement/arrangement of furniture.
• Follows company Housekeeping Policy as stated.
• Adheres to company Lost and Found policy and procedures.
• Always follows and maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Reports maintenance issues to Housekeeper Manager by completing a work order.
• Conducts self in a friendly and attentive manner during all guest encounters.
• Ensures uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintains working carts clean and organized all the time.
• Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
