Job summary

The Summit Hotel Cincinnati is seeking a Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and public areas to high standards, restock supplies, and maintain a welcoming environment.

No prior experience is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You will operate vacuums, carts, and cleaning equipment while standing for long periods and contributing to guest satisfaction as part of the housekeeping team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (no formal experience necessary).
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull carts.
• Ability to communicate hotel services to guests, vendors, staff, and management.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to established standards.
• Restock towels, soaps and amenities; maintain clean and orderly storerooms and carts.
• Inspect room equipment and locks; report maintenance issues to supervisor.
