Job summary

The Summit Hotel in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Laundry Attendant to process soiled linens and distribute clean linen in a safe, efficient manner. You will operate washers, dryers, ironers and related equipment, while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.

No formal experience is required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The role includes benefits such as health options, 401k with match, and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to recognize and work with numbers is required.
• Operate industrial laundry equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and weigh soiled linen; process using washers, dryers, sheet spreaders, ironers, and feeders.
• Turn in all articles to the Supervisor to log in Lost and Found.
• Fulfill guest requests and handle guest problems to achieve satisfaction.
• Report malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the Supervisor.
• Notify supervisor of supplies, damaged linens or hazards to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and keep a cheerful demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
