Job summary

Columbia Hampton Inn is seeking a dedicated room attendant to maintain guest rooms to our standards. You will clean rooms, report maintenance issues, and respond to guest requests with discretion and courtesy.

Responsibilities include flexible scheduling (weekends/holidays), handling guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, observing safety rules, restocking supplies, and performing deep cleaning as scheduled. Prior hotel cleaning experience preferred; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

• Returns and restocks cart at end of shift.
• Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
