Qualifications

• High standard of cleanliness and sanitation in guest rooms.
• Ability to follow verbal directions.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Check housekeeping cart for supplies and stock as needed.
• Greet guests with friendly acknowledgement.
• Strip dirty linens/towels and remove amenities.
• Clean rooms/suites (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, windows/tracks) and report as clean.
• Report maintenance deficiencies to maintain room standards.
• Replenish linen and guest amenities.
• Clean balconies, if applicable.
• Respond to guest requests for extra amenities or service.
