Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control for supplies.
• Ensure safety procedures and cleanliness standards are followed.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Respond to guest requests and maintain Lost and Found system.
