Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Guest Room Attendant at its Aria Las Vegas property. You will help maintain luxury guest rooms and contribute to an exceptional guest experience through attentive cleaning and thoughtful touches.

This role emphasizes teamwork, high standards of cleanliness, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Competitive starting rate supports health and income protection benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Three (3) months of related experience in housekeeping or exposure to the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms including making beds, vacuuming, emptying trash, and wiping down surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms including basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile floors.
• Replenish all guest amenities, information folders, soaps, tissues, and other room supplies as needed.
• Place clean bathmats on tubs and/or shower doors and restock clean towels on towel racks.
• Report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.0833 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Clean guestrooms including making beds, vacuuming, emptying trash, and wiping down or dusting all surfaces
• Clean bathrooms including basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile floors using proper chemicals and cleaning procedures
• Replenish all guest amenities, information folders, soaps, tissues, and other room supplies as needed
• Place clean bathmats on tubs and/or shower doors and restock clean towels on towel racks
• Report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Three (3) months of related experience in housekeeping, or exposure to the hospitality industry and training from the Culinary Training Center
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
