Job summary

Golden Pahrump Nugget, LLC is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to support the Housekeeping team and guest experience in our Nevada property. You will restock carts, clean rooms, make beds, and ensure high cleanliness standards while adhering to safety and gaming regulations where applicable.

We value reliability, attention to detail, and a teamwork mindset. Candidates must be at least 18, fluent in English, and able to obtain required work cards for the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Clean and service guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Replace or report missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture.
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms.
