Job summary

Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Boulder is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to support the housekeeping team and enhance guest experiences. You’ll ensure rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to high standards, contributing to a welcoming, safe environment that reflects our commitment to quality and service.

You will participate in daily housekeeping tasks, maintain supplies, and provide courteous service in line with our guest service culture.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Replace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture.
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms.

Through your daily efforts, you help create a welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment that reflects the property’s dedication to quality and service. Your role not only supports smooth daily operations but also plays a vital part in upholding the property’s reputation and guest satisfaction.

Job Description:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
• Replace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 18 Years of Age
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States
