You will learn the hotel’s pricing, availability, and events, input bookings in the PMS, and partner with rooms and sales to ensure a seamless guest experience.

This on-site role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive, guest-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Provide courteous, professional guest service and reservations handling.
• Proficient with hotel PMS, rates, and room types; understand events impacting occupancy.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and time management.

Responsabilités

• Handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online channels.
• Input and manage reservations in the hotel’s PMS.
• Coordinate groups with sales and events teams; manage rooming lists and cut-off dates.
• Maintain accurate logs of guest calls for assistance or feedback.
