Paws Up Montana seeks a Reservationist to convert inquiries into bookings and enhance guest experiences at Montana's premier luxury ranch resort. You will handle phone, email, and live chat with professionalism while maintaining accurate reservation details in the system.

This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration two days a week with remote work on other days; the team enjoys comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and a referral bonus program, plus career

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training preferred; college degree optional.
• 1+ years’ experience in sales, reservations, administrative or customer service.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional and courteous demeanor on the phone, in person, Live Chat and email.
• Respond to emails, calls, and inquiries promptly.
• Ensure all resort and reservation information is accurately communicated to guests.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of resort information and amenities.
• Act as liaison between guest and departments prior to arrival to ensure follow-through.
• Enter booking information accurately into the resort system and update as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure confidentiality.
• Complete daily reservations tasks and assist management with reports.
