Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk operations for your shift and ensure guest service standards are met.
• Coordinate arrivals and departures and plan next-day activities with other departments.
• Ensure guest safety, satisfaction and wellbeing and communicate with staff clearly.
• Direct front desk and night audit functions and ensure timely reports.
• Maintain organization of the front desk and related areas; supervise staff and provide clear guidance.
