Qualifications

• Must complete OSHA 10 Industry Training within 6 months of hire.
• Education and/or experience: high school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly; basic math and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming manner and assist with inquiries.
• Provide accurate wait times, monitor lists, and issue passes as needed.
• Accurate data entry of patient/customer profiles for proper processing.
• Maintain knowledge of cannabis products and retail procedures.
• Educate guests about products while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support HR policies, confidentiality, and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with policies.
• Follow daily schedules and safety procedures to ensure smooth operations.
