Job summary

Creations Med Aesthetics & Wellness Spa in the Tampa area seeks a Guest Relations Specialist to be the face of the medspa. You will welcome guests, manage scheduling, perform POS transactions, and promote services and retail products.

You’ll maintain an elegant boutique, educate clients about offerings, and drive reservations while upholding IVIVA’s brand standards and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Front-line guest service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and client-focused selling skills.
• Ability to learn spa scheduling software and point-of-sale systems.

Role Overview

As a Guest Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for
creating a welcoming environment, managing client interactions with professionalism, and supporting spa operations. You will oversee call management, client check-ins and check-outs, scheduling, boutique presentation, and revenue generation efforts. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every guest enjoys a personalized and memorable experience, leading to strong client retention and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service by providing a warm welcome, expert knowledge, and a professional demeanor
• Manage client scheduling, lead management, and appointment coordination with efficiency
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
• Promote Creations Med Aesthetics & Wellness Spa services, gift cards, memberships, and retail products
• Assist in maintaining an elegant and well-organized spa boutique, ensuring merchandise is attractively displayed and stocked
• Provide gracious tours of the spa to educate clients on our offerings and drive reservations
• Maintain a polished and professional image, upholding IVIVA’s brand standards
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding client experience
• Participate in marketing initiatives, special events, and promotional activities
• Seek client reviews, social media engagement, and referrals to help grow the medspa’s reach
• Resolve any guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-driven approach
• Attend ongoing training, team meetings, and educational sessions to stay informed on industry trends and services

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in front-line guest service, hospitality, or retail preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn spa scheduling software
• Excellent sales abilities with a client-focused approach
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, warm, and engaging personality with outstanding communication skills
• Knowledge of skincare, medical aesthetics, and spa services is a plus
• Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends
