College Medical Center Long Beach is seeking a Guest Relations Specialist to support the Main Entrance by delivering exceptional customer service, handling visitation requests, and addressing security concerns. You will provide courteous phone support to physicians, patients, family members, and staff, while maintaining a welcoming and orderly main entrance environment.

Under the supervision of the BHU Admitting and Guest Relations Supervisor, the Guest Relations Specialist is responsible for assisting in all aspects of guest relations within the Main Entrance of the hospital which include customer service and visitation request, any security concerns, and the overall appearance of the Main Entrance area. Provides accurate and courteous phone service to physicians, patients, family members, customers and hospital staff in a timely manner.
Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CMC roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CMC in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
