Job summary

Colquitt Regional Medical Center is seeking staff for Entrance Services to assist patients and visitors. You will greet individuals, safely operate a courtesy golf cart, and transport people between parking areas and entrances.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, aiding wheelchairs or mobility needs when appropriate, and maintaining orderly entrances. Flex shifts and timely arrival are required; duties will extend as needed to support hospital operations.

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Safely operate a hospital courtesy golf cart on designated campus routes.
• Transport patients and visitors between designated parking areas and hospital entrances.
• Assist individuals with entering and exiting the golf cart.
• Provide directions and help patients and visitors navigate changing parking and entrance locations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly golf cart.
• Ability to work schedule as assigned and work flexible shifts.
• Ability to arrive to work on time as work schedule dictates.
• Performs any and all other job duties as assigned.

Entrance Services

• Assist patients with safely entering and exiting vehicles.
• Manage vehicle traffic and maintain a safe, orderly flow at hospital entrances.
• Assist with wheelchairs and mobility needs when appropriate.
• Help keep designated entrance and drop‑off areas clear and accessible.
• Provide directions and assistance to patients, families, and visitors.
• Communicate with hospital staff, Security, and other team members as needed.
• Monitor the area for safety concerns and report issues promptly.

Schedule

Ability to work schedule as assigned and work flexible shifts. Ability to arrive to work on time as work schedule dictates.

Other Duties

Performs any and all other job duties as assigned.
