Job summary

Colquitt Regional in Georgia is seeking friendly Entrance Services staff to greet patients and visitors, operate a hospital courtesy golf cart, and transport people between parking areas and hospital entrances.

You will assist with entering and exiting the cart, provide directions, help with mobility needs, maintain a clean vehicle, coordinate with Security and hospital staff, and support safe, orderly entrances. Schedule flexibility and punctuality are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Safely operate a hospital courtesy golf cart on designated campus routes.
• Transport patients and visitors between designated parking areas and hospital entrances.
• Assist individuals with entering and exiting the golf cart.
• Provide directions and help patients and visitors navigate changing parking and entrance locations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly golf cart.
• Ability to work in an ever-changing environment.
• Assist patients with safely entering and exiting vehicles.
• Manage vehicle traffic and maintain a safe, orderly flow at hospital entrances.
• Assist with wheelchairs and mobility needs when appropriate.
• Help keep designated entrance and drop‑off areas clear and accessible.
• Provide directions and assistance to patients, families, and visitors.
• Communicate with hospital staff, Security, and other team members as needed.
• Monitor the area for safety concerns and report issues promptly.
• Ability to work schedule as assigned and work flexible shifts.
• Ability to arrive to work on time as work schedule dictates.
• Performs any and all other job duties as assigned.
