Guest Relations Associate – Full Time – Entry Level

Reports Directly To: Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manager, Guest Relations Manager.

Pyramid Foods Team Objective: Supporting local communities and providing quality food and service at the best prices.

Daily Operations:

• Maintaining exceptional customer service for all clientele.
• Adhering to “Meet and Greet” policies.
• Understanding all customer service functions such as cashiering, lottery, Western Union, Rug Doctor, video rental, in-store charges, money orders, payroll check cashing, credit card transactions, and hunting and fishing license sales.
• Assisting other departments as needed, including stocking tobacco areas.
• Ensuring quick, efficient carry-out and parcel pickup services.
• Monitoring Front End staff to focus on customer service.

Company Standards:

• Developing knowledge of office and bookkeeping functions at store level.
• Maintaining knowledge and training on all customer service transactions.
• Following all company policies, including dress code and wearing a name tag.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally, exert force frequently, and perform physical tasks such as standing, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Ability to use sharp instruments safely in food preparation. Good vision and hearing are required, along with the ability to work on slippery floors.
