Job summary

Common Citizen is seeking a Guest Receptionist in Michigan to greet customers, check patients in, and provide a high level of customer service at the retail provisioning center.

You will be the face of the company, maintaining a friendly environment, handling transactions, and ensuring accurate information entry with the POS system. This role requires flexibility for varying shifts and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

About This Role

Every position at Common Citizen from seed to sale, is contributing to our mission to serve our fellow citizens of Michigan with the highest quality, safest cannabis product through our highly individualized and education-oriented provisioning centers. The Guest Receptionist will be the face of Common Citizen. They will check patients and customers in and provide a high level of customer service.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
