• Clean and maintain assigned areas per Sonesta standards and procedures.
• Deliver and collect linen; manage linen rooms and storage areas.
• Prepare and deliver roll-away beds.
• Receive and store housekeeping inventory.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism.
• Support and assist Room Attendants and supervisory team.
