Mountaineer Cleaning & Maintenance is seeking a Property Specialist to join our Field Property Operations team. You'll oversee vacation rental properties, ensuring cleanliness, presentation, documentation, and guest readiness.

This is a full-time W-2 role with unlimited earning potential. You will inspect properties, coach cleaners, communicate with owners, and keep precise records while operating in the Tennessee mountains.

Qualifications

• Extremely observant and detail-oriented.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Excellent documentation and communication with cleaners, owners, and management.
• Ownership mentality: ensure issues are tracked and resolved.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, photos, and reporting tools in the field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property readiness and guest readiness during inspections.
• Document property conditions with photos and notes.
• Identify deficiencies and ensure corrections are completed.
• Coordinate with cleaners to remediate issues and provide coaching.
• Communicate field information to internal teams and owners.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of property status.
