Job summary

URBN Playground in New York is seeking an Amenity Attendant to help keep lobby and amenity spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for guests. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods while providing friendly service.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors and surfaces, restocking supplies, managing waste and recycling, maintaining restrooms, and organizing spaces before/after classes or events.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in cleaning and restocking
• Ability to remember regular guests and respond with a friendly approach
• Comfort with standing long hours and moving items
• Willingness to operate cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols
• Ability to report equipment issues promptly

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, wash floors, clean mirrors and glass surfaces, dust furniture and equipment
• Dispose of garbage in compliance with building standards, including recycling
• Clean restrooms and restock supplies, notify when stock needs replenishment
• Organize and store equipment that is out of place
• Report losses or damages that require repair
• Clean fitness equipment following specified protocol
• Organize amenity spaces before and after classes or events
