Job summary

The Parking Garage Supervisor at Reimagined Parking Inc. is based near the Xcel Energy Center, at 145 Smith Ave N. This role oversees safe and efficient guest vehicle parking, responds quickly to guest requests, and collaborates with the Operations Manager to meet safety and service standards.

You will work with a team across varying shifts, providing courteous service, managing service fees, and assisting in end-of-shift revenue reconciliation while ensuring compliance with state and local laws.

Qualifications

• Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; open guest vehicle doors, assist with unloading vehicle when necessary.
• Direct traffic, position barricades, and arrange for towing service when necessary.
• Immediately report any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Request and collect relevant fees for use of service.
• Assist in reconciling end of shift revenue against the ticket distribution, when necessary.
• Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates.
