SP+ is seeking a friendly, customer-focused valet driver to provide safe, efficient parking services at our Colorado Springs location. You will greet customers, drive and park vehicles, explain rates, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts (2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to problems.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend memos.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients through resolving requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know local streets and landmarks to ensure a seamless transportation experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in complete uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
