Reimagined Parking is seeking a Parking Garage Supervisor to oversee guest vehicle parking at the Xcel Energy Center area. You will interact with guests, direct traffic, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure safety and efficiency at your location.

This full-time role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills. The position offers flexible shifts and a comprehensive benefits package including health plans and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and assist with doors.
• Direct traffic, position barricades, arrange towing when needed.
• Report incidents to supervisor.
• Collect fees for services.
• Reconcile end-of-shift revenue with ticket distribution.
• Communicate professionally with guests, client, and teammates.
