Job summary

Oak View Group in Greensboro is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant to manage parking lot operations at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. You will greet guests, direct vehicles to spaces, monitor lots during events, and relay parking information to attendees to ensure smooth traffic flow and a positive first impression.

This part-time role pays $15.00–$17.00 per hour, offers 401(k) savings with matching, and requires a high school diploma plus flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in various climate conditions (rain, snow, hot & cold).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Clear communication and ability to use a company radio.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers entering parking lots.
• Communicate parking information to the public to park quickly and efficiently.
• Work in a variety of parking locations and positions.
• Monitor lot during events and escalate issues to supervisor as needed.
• Provide a positive and friendly experience to all customers.
• Set up signage and reserved parking indicators.
• Identify and solve parking issues to prevent problems.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
