Job summary

Oak View Group in Greensboro is seeking Housekeeping Crew Members to perform custodial and cleaning tasks during events at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. The role involves routine trash removal, restroom sanitation, and floor care, with hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour for full-time roles, with benefits such as health, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of custodial or cleaning experience.
• Ability to perform routine custodial tasks without supervision.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be flexible to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• CPR and bloodborne pathogen training on-site required.

Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare cleaning products; clean Coliseum interior and exterior; vacuum, sweep, mop, clean, and wax floors.
• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities and fixtures; replenish supplies.
• Wash windows, mirrors, walls, and countertops.
• Remove and dispose of debris from parking lots, walkways, and Coliseum facilities; empty waste receptacles.
• Perform additional staff functions for events.
• Report known or expected irregularities to the supervisor to ensure compliance.
• Follow OSHA and in-house safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
