Job summary

Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to manage Lost & Found from start to finish and to handle Service Desk calls. You will track items, coordinate returns, and ensure accurate documentation for guests and teams.

The role requires a year of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to learn Freshworks and BOUNTE. Expect varied hours and on-site work across resort facilities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service, administrative, or service desk experience.
• Familiarity with Freshworks and BOUNTE is not required; training will be provided.
• Valid driver's license required to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Own Lost & Found from start to finish, logging and securing items and coordinating retrievals.
• Answer Logistics Service Desk calls and triage requests, resolving on the spot or routing appropriately.
• Keep Freshworks tickets moving: respond, assign, and escalate as needed.
• Document all requests and item status in BOUNTE and Freshworks for traceability.
• Provide backup administrative support and assist with warehouse tasks when needed.
• Follow chain-of-custody, confidentiality, and safety protocols.
