Job summary

Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Oregon is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to manage Lost & Found from start to finish and to handle Service Desk calls and Freshworks tickets. You will log, secure, and communicate item status, ensuring a smooth guest experience and timely recoveries.

The role emphasizes follow-through, organization, and clear communication, with responsibilities spanning ticket management, documentation, and occasional warehouse duties while upholding safety and privacy

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service, administrative, or service desk experience.
• Willingness to learn Freshworks and BOUNTE; no prior experience required.
• Valid driver’s license for travel between locations.
• Detail-oriented and organized; manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Clear communication and follow-through with guests, vendors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Lost & Found from start to finish, log and secure items, coordinate retrievals with guests.
• Answer Logistics Service Desk calls, triage requests, resolve or route them appropriately.
• Move and manage Freshworks tickets; respond, assign, and escalate to avoid delays.
• Document all requests and item status in BOUNTE and Freshworks for traceability.
• Provide backup administrative support and assist with warehouse tasks when needed.
• Follow chain-of-custody, confidentiality, and safety protocols at all times.
