Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a dedicated team leader to drive full-cycle recruitment and build high-performing guest-first teams in our Wilmington, NC stores.

You will coach associates, model service standards, and ensure professional appearance and brand integrity. Responsibilities include sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and maintaining staffing levels to support peak guest engagement and store performance.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management with a track record of building diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Human Resources experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of store operations and staffing to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Relentless Guest First mentality and energetic leadership.
  • Able to work a varied schedule, 40+ hours weekly including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Strong eye for brand aesthetics and professional standards.
  • Experienced with complex scheduling to ensure coverage during peak hours.
  • Proactive recruiter who builds bench strength for growth.
  • Ability to translate staffing metrics and turnover data into actionable strategies.
  • Natural ability to motivate and develop others through authentic relationships.
  • Comfort with high-stakes decision-making and constructive feedback.
  • Think-outside-the-box mindset for sourcing and retaining talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivates a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs
  • Models excellent service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Performs opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness and proper shutdown of daily activities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all candidates are educated on and meet our specific appearance and professionalism standards.
  • Support training effectiveness by coaching team members, tracking completion, gathering feedback, and partnering with leadership to reinforce expectations.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to identify and attract high-caliber candidates who align with our mission and values.
  • Conduct professional interviews and develop standardized evaluation tools to ensure a consistent and high-quality selection process.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between hiring leaders and candidates, prioritizing open requisitions and managing communication.
  • Master the art of scheduling by seamlessly balancing associate availability with the evolving needs of the business; they ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time to maximize guest engagement and drive peak operational performance.
  • Onboard and train team members through company programs that support skills, guest experience, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
